- Honor immediate opt-out / unsubscribe requests made by any contact.
- Refrain from purchasing or uploading unauthorized, leaked, or maliciously acquired personal phone datasets.
- Never transmit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or abusive messages.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All software architecture, user interfaces, branding, visual graphics, documentation, algorithms, and website code associated with WAudience are the intellectual property of RT Internet Services, protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. WAudience is an independent software tool engineered by RT Internet Services. We are not officially sponsored, affiliated with, or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, RT Internet Services and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, third-party carrier network disruptions, or account sanctions imposed by third-party communication networks.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Anti-Spam policy, attempt unauthorized API scraping, or compromise platform integrity.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
